Created, written, and owned by Billie Taylor, the series transforms cannabis culture into a larger-than-life fantasy-action world filled with bold characters, dramatic conflict, underground humor, and raw comic-book energy. Issue #1, The Origin of Big Bud Billy, opens the door to The Grow Tent Kingdom and the wider Cannabis Comics Universe.
Synopsis
Big Bud Billy is the hidden bastard son of the tyrannical ruler King OG of the Kush.
When the king secretly pollinated his humble servant, Michigan Big Bud, Queen Platinum Cookies was consumed with rage. She ordered the young mother plant and her seedlings destroyed.
But before her fate was sealed, Michigan Big Bud fled with one surviving seedling and hid him far from the kingdom—never to return.
Raised in secrecy, the seedling grew strong, with vengeance in his roots.
Now Big Bud Billy has returned to challenge the throne, avenge his mother, and bring an end to the cruel reign of King OG of the Kush.
