## Shipping Policy At Big Bud Smoker’s Club, many of our products are made to order and shipped after production is completed. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order. ### Order Processing Most orders are processed after payment is received and approved. Because many BBSC products are made-to-order or print-on-demand, processing times may vary depending on the item, supplier, and order volume. Estimated production and fulfillment times, when available, will be shown on the product page or at checkout. ### Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, the shipping destination, and the shipping method selected. ### Shipping Method Customers choose their preferred shipping method from the options available at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to change the shipping method. ### Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on: * the product ordered * production time * shipping carrier * shipping destination * the shipping method selected by the customer Any delivery estimates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ### Delays Big Bud Smoker’s Club is not responsible for shipping delays caused by: * carrier issues * weather * holidays * customs delays * incorrect shipping information provided by the customer * high order volume * other events outside our control ### Incorrect Addresses Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the order is returned, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package. ### Lost or Stolen Packages If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly. Big Bud Smoker’s Club is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier where applicable, please contact us and we will review the situation. ### International Shipping If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
