## Return & Refund Policy
At Big Bud Smoker’s Club, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Because many of our products are made to order, we handle returns and refunds a little differently than traditional retail stores.
### Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within **7 days of delivery** at **[bbsc420@bigbudsmokersclub.com](mailto:bbsc420@bigbudsmokersclub.com)**. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if applicable.
If the issue is confirmed, we will work to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
### Returns
Because many BBSC products are custom-made or print-on-demand, we do **not** accept returns or exchanges for:
* buyer’s remorse
* incorrect size selection
* change of mind
* accidental orders
Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before purchasing.
### Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
* the item arrives damaged
* the item arrives defective
* the wrong item was received
* the order is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier when applicable
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
### Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size, color choice, or customer preference. If there is a problem with the item you received, please contact us and we will review the situation.
### Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if production has not already started. Because many items are processed quickly after purchase, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.
### Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
* made-to-order products
* print-on-demand items
* limited-run items
* membership-related items or benefits, where applicable
