About Guided Cannabis, Elevated Wellness
GCEW is a Canadian education and wellness collective connecting cannabis literacy, research-informed learning, professional development, community and guided support.
Its biology-first approach moves the conversation beyond product hype and toward the person—their questions, circumstances, goals and need for clear, stigma-free information. Through GCEW Academy, GCEW Compass, counsellor access, professional tools, media and community pathways, the collective creates a more thoughtful bridge between structured learning and real-world support. The result is an ecosystem built to help individuals, caregivers and professionals navigate cannabis and wellness information with greater safety, clarity and confidence.

Founder and guiding voice
Kierra Tomayer is the founder and guiding voice behind GCEW and The Entourage Bridge. Her work connects cannabis literacy, education, research-informed learning, professional development, media and community through a biology-first approach.
She is building GCEW as a practical bridge between structured knowledge and human support—helping individuals, caregivers and professionals find clearer information, ask better questions and identify thoughtful next steps. Her wider wellness work, including supporting context from Mariceuticals, reflects the same focus on education, transparency and person-centred guidance.
The origin story
To understand how GCEW Entourage Bridge Wellness Collective Inc. came into existence—and how it separates itself from the legacy of Mariceuticals Cannabis Hemp Corp.—it helps to look at the transition from corporate promises to pure personal vision.
Here is the origin story of how a personal health journey, a gap in the medical landscape, and a pivot away from corporate inactive paper trails led to the creation of GCEW.
The foundation of GCEW did not start in a corporate boardroom; it started in patient advocacy and personal survival.
After navigating complex health challenges, chronic health conditions, and personal trauma, Kierra Tomayer experienced firsthand the massive disconnect in modern healthcare when it came to botanical medicine. Time and again, the medical system offered access without guidance—leaving patients to navigate dosing, terpenes, and cannabinoids entirely on their own.
Kierra recognized that standard retail cannabis prioritized “high THC” and product trends over biological literacy, while conventional medicine often lacked actionable education on the Endocannabinoid System (ECS). She saw a vital need for a bridge: a clinical, system-first educational framework that empowered individuals with autonomy over their own health.
In the early stages of navigating the industry landscape, Kierra was involved with Mariceuticals Cannabis Hemp Corp. and associated ventures, stepping into operational, leadership, and promotional roles aimed at building industry-wide cannabis education and health platforms.
However, as the work progressed, a critical reality emerged.
Mariceuticals and its associated titles were not legally active on paper, existing largely as an inactive corporate entity rather than a functioning operational engine.
Rather than remaining tied to an inactive corporate shell or relying on external structures to validate her work, Kierra made a definitive decision. She recognized that her curriculum, instructional models, and clinical frameworks needed an uncompromised, fully independent house to protect her intellectual property and mission.
Mariceuticals effectively became a legacy background chapter, clearing the path for Kierra to take complete ownership of her intellectual vision.
In February 2026, Kierra began laying the groundwork for what would become her true life’s work: Guided Cannabis Elevated Wellness (GCEW).
GCEW was built from the ground up on four core pillars:
Instead of leaning on old industry tropes like “Indica vs. Sativa,” Kierra designed a Clinical Literacy Model centered on Chemotypes, cannabinoid locks-and-keys, and the physiological “Why” behind botanical integration.
To ensure total corporate sovereignty, self-determination, and 100% ownership over her mission, Kierra officially incorporated her venture on May 22, 2026, under the name GCEW Entourage Bridge Wellness Collective Inc.
Serving as Founder, CEO, and sole shareholder, Kierra established the entity as an independent parent architecture. The name itself reflects the core mission:
Entourage: Rooted in the biological synergism of the entourage effect—cannabinoids, terpenes, and biological receptors working together.
Bridge: Operating as the missing link between traditional medical care, patient advocacy, and botanical education.
Collective: Creating a standardized pathway to train and certify educators, practitioners, and everyday individuals seeking genuine wellness.
What began as navigating health crises and untangling inactive corporate ties transformed into a fully realized, federally incorporated institution. Today, GCEW Entourage Bridge Wellness Collective Inc. stands as an independent, clinical-first platform built on biological literacy, evidence-based frameworks, and absolute operational clarity.
While GCEW Entourage Bridge Wellness Collective Inc. stands as an independent parent architecture dedicated to clinical literacy and biological education, we remain deeply committed to ecosystem synergy. We actively welcome strategic collaboration, shared initiatives, and joint innovation with Mariceuticals Cannabis Hemp Corp. to advance community wellness, expand research-backed access, and elevate industry standards together.
